This Privacy Policy applies to the Rivalry League mobile application (“Application”), operated by Kryštof Sláma, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the GDPR and California privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Information We Collect

We collect only data necessary to operate the Application:

• Account data: email address, username, display name.
• Profile data: optional information such as bio.
• User content: leagues, matches, rankings, and activity you create.
• Authentication data: including Apple Sign In where used.
• Technical data: limited error logs for debugging and system reliability.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• No location tracking
• No contacts or address book data
• No advertising or behavioral tracking
• No payment information

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate core app features
• Create and manage user accounts
• Enable authentication (login, password reset)
• Ensure security and prevent abuse
• Fix bugs and maintain system performance

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Contract: to provide the Application
• Legitimate interest: security and reliability
• Consent: where required (e.g., Apple Sign In)

5. Data Storage and Processing

Your data is stored and processed using trusted infrastructure providers:

• Supabase – authentication and database (hosted in Frankfurt, EU)
• Cloudflare – web infrastructure and hosting
• Resend – transactional email delivery

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Application or comply with legal obligations.

7. International Transfers

Data is primarily stored in the European Union. If transfers outside the EU occur, appropriate safeguards are applied.

8. Data Retention

• Data is retained while your account is active
• Upon deletion, data is anonymized by default
• Full deletion is available upon request

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion
• Request data export

13. Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

14. Emails

We send only transactional emails such as account verification and password reset. We do not send marketing emails.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
