These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rivalry League mobile application (“Application”), operated by Kryštof Sláma, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Application
- Upload or share harmful, abusive, or misleading content
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., leagues, matches, profiles). By using the Application, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to operate and provide the service.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Application.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Application means you accept the changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
